Qualifications, Skills and Experience

After 12 years of working for some of Australia's top banking, insurance and real estate businesses (National Australia Bank, NRMA Insurance and Elders Insurance), I decided that I could best help people by offering advice and guidance on better ways to finance and purchase property. For the past 12 years I have helped over 1200 people purchase and finance property, get a better deal on their current mortgage or just listen and provide advice on how to get more from their current situation.

I hold the following qualifications:

  • Diploma in Financial Services – Finance/Mortgage Broking Management

Buying a home

From first home buyers to families looking to upgrade the terminology and processes involved in buying a home can be hard to understand. From my first meeting with you, you can rest assured I will walk you through your purchase from start to finish, filling out paperwork, liaising with solicitors and real estate agents, and generally making this exciting time a stress-free zone for you.

I'll also keep in touch with you after your home loan has settled as I feel it is important to review your situation at least annually to make sure your original objectives are being met.

My extensive knowledge of the Queensland property market has helped numerous clients over the past 18 years gain a valuable insight into their next property purchase. Constructing a new home from scratch or renovating an existing property can be a daunting process. I have personally built or renovated over 24 properties and have be involved in countless others so can genuinely say that I can help you get through this challenging process.
